Jill Frank is a Certified Executive Career Coach and Consultant, located in Tampa, who partners with working mothers who struggle with the delicate balance of being a mom and a professional, yet still want to have a thriving career and a rewarding family life, without sacrificing either.

Jill began her career in Human Resources as a Generalist. Since that time, she has collaborated with top executives to develop competency profiles and select executives for leadership positions; coached leaders to create effective employee development plans; designed training programs; and created strategic plans to forecast and fill future vacancies. Jill has successfully developed internal career development programs to encourage professional growth within organizations and reduce the turnover of valuable employees.

Jill has additional experience as a consultant to executives in career transition and to organizations building leadership teams following a merger or reorganization.

Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University in Florida and has completed Executive Career Coach training from The Career Coach Institute. Jill is a member of the International Association of Coaches and Coachville.

Lisa G. Silvershein

Lisa works with individuals to actively navigate their future. She encourages students, individuals looking to advance or change their career, and retirees to leverage their personal strengths; attain educational and professional satisfaction; develop and enhance their communication skills; actively tackle career and educational transitions; manage conflict and improve management skills. Lisa encourages her clients to take an active role in their professional development by setting and achieving goals that will enable them to attain their own personal definition of success.

Lisa spent 10 years in Human Resources management before becoming a Human Resources consultant, trainer and coach in 1992. Lisa obtained her degree as a Certified Master Coach in 2003 from the Behavioral Coaching Institute. She was personally trained and coached by Dr. Suzanne Skiffington, renowned author and coach. Lisa has an M.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.A. In Psychology. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, The New Jersey Professional Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Suzanne works exclusively with managers, executives, and leaders addressing their unique concerns in the workplace. She specializes in empowering women to tap into their strengths; enhance their personal leadership styles; incorporate passion into their careers; increase self-awareness and perspective; clarify their direction; and make the changes necessary to become dynamic and balanced leaders.

Suzanne’s 20 years of successful executive leadership experience has prepared her to partner with other female executives and leaders. In addition, she has received extensive training in emotional intelligence; leadership development; managing stress for executives; multi-generational issues in the workplace; succession planning; and, behavior/personality/motivational assessments such as the DISC, PIAV and MBTI. She is a Certified Career Coach and a Certified Executive Coach, as well as a member of the International Coach Federation.
